Customer Suffers Due To Fraud

I was very very happy with the service i received for the 1st year! But then there were 2 fraudulent withdrawals attempted from my account so i had to deal with the branch manager, indira maharaj. Things well downhill very fast from there. I was told by ms maharai that i would need to close my account, which caused a lot of inconvenience to me, but i followed her advice. I was then told that i did not qualify for a free checking account nor would she be able to issue me a debit card for my new account due to my "financial irresponsibility". My irresponsibility was having a scam artist access my account. Not my fault!! My suggestion is that everyone steer clear of iberia. They do not understand customer service or the fair banking practices.
