Firstly, Iberia's online banking system is hands down the very worst, most archaic and confusing online banking system I've ever encountered. I have handled banking accounts around the world for over 20 years, and i actually help people set up online banking as part of my work. If you rely on online banking, go ANYWHERE else.
As far as the branch, we have been banking here more than a year and a half and apart from one instance where they called in an out of state check, the staff never remember my name tho I remember theirs. When we went to set up a business account, they told me the paperwork I would need, I went in and was told this was not the correct paperwork. I went into the Poydras branch and they accepted it straightaway. So there is some very serious communication problem between management and the people who handle customers.
